Connect9 believes in helping its customers and keep them happy as far as possible.
We offer you a No Question asked “7 day Return Policy”. If within 7 days of your purchase, you change your mind and return the product, in merchandisable condition and in the original wrapping, we will return your money, in the same manner in which the original payment was made.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s).The payment would be released in the form we have received the from you.
For seeking a replacement of a product, you must inform and return the product in satisfactory condition to Connect9 within seven days of receiving a non-perishable product and within 24 hours of receiving a perishable product.
We urge you not to accept delivery of any shipments where outer packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner. For any reason, after taking the delivery, if you realize and recognize that the product is damaged in any manner, you need to report this to our customer service within 24 hrs of receipt of the shipment. Connect9.in will bear the cost of returns or replacements, if the damage is found to be due to mishandling in transit.
In case the product is not available, Connect9.in will refund full payment to the customer.
There may be situations where you have ordered several products, and one or more of those products are not in stock. In such cases, you will be refunded the cost of products not available.
