Connect9 provide its services to you subject to the terms and conditions given hereunder. In addition, when you use any business or service of Connect9 (e.g., Your account/ profile, Auction, Classified services, reminder services or Customer Reviews), you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. However Connect9 reserves the right to change this Site and the terms and conditions at any time.

Please note, these terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order placed or service provided by Connect9. Assessing, Browsing or otherwise using the site indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions stated in this agreement.  Connect9 retains the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated any of these Terms of Use. If you are under 18, you may use Connect9 only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

D.  You may not post or transmit Content, (in humor, sarcasm or unintended manner), if it in any way:

• is patently offensive to the online community, such as sexually explicit content, or content that promotes obscenity, pedophilia, racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
• harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
• involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
• promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
• infringes upon or violates any third party's rights [(including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy (including without limitation unauthorized disclosure of a person's name, email address, physical address or phone number) or rights of publicity];
• promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work (refer "Copyright complaint" below for instructions on how to lodge a complaint about uploaded copyrighted material), such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
• contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
• provides material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate manner or solicits personal information from anyone;
• provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
• contains video, photographs, or images of another person age 18 or older without his or her express written consent and permission or those of any minor (regardless of whether you have consent from the minor or his or her legal guardian).
• tries to gain unauthorized access or exceeds the scope of authorized access (as defined herein and in other applicable Codes of Conduct or End User Access and License Agreements) to the Sites or to profiles, blogs, communities, account information, bulletins, friend request, or other areas of the Sites or solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users;
• engages in commercial activities and/or sales without Connect9's prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising and pyramid schemes, or the buying or selling of "virtual" items related to the Sites. Throughout this Terms of Use, Connect9's "prior written consent" means a communication coming from Connect9's management, specifically in response to your request, and specifically addressing the activity or conduct for which you seek authorization;
•  solicits gambling or engages in any gambling activity which Connect9, in its sole discretion, believes is or could be construed as being illegal;
• contains viruses, time bombs, trojan horses, cancelbots, worms or other harmful or deleterious components or devices;
• interferes with another user's use and enjoyment of the Sites or any other individual's user and enjoyment of similar services; or
• refers to any website or URL that, in the sole discretion of Connect9, contains material that is inappropriate for the Sites, contains content that would be prohibited on the Sites, or violates the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use.

 E.  You must use the Sites in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Sites, including without limitation, collecting usernames and/or email addresses of registered members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking to the Sites, are not permitted. This includes the unauthorized interception of the data stream coming from or going into the Sites, as well as attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Sites or exceeding your authorized access.

This may include, without limitation, disclosure of the information in connection with investigation of alleged illegal activity or solicitation of illegal activity or in response to a lawful court order or subpoena. In addition, we can (and you hereby expressly authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials, as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate in connection with the investigation and/or resolution of possible crimes, especially those that may involve personal injury.

K. Connect9 shall have all the rights to take necessary action and claim damages that may occur due to your involvement/participation in any way on your own or through group/s of People, intentionally or unintentionally in DoS/DDoS (Distributed Denial of Services).

C9 Account

 You agree that any use on the site is at your own risk and Connect9 is not responsible for it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Products sold on Connect9 are not for people below aged 18, however any products available for children below age 18, can be bought by adults.

Copyright complaint

 We at Connect9 respect the intellectual property of others. In case you feel that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement you can write to us at admin@connect9.in

Risk of loss

 All items purchased from Connect9 are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 Product Description

 Connect9 tries to be as accurate as possible. However, Connect9 does not warrant that product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Connect9 itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

 Pricing/Typographical error

 Pricing on the product is as it shows, however due to any technical issue, typographical error or product information received from our suppliers' prices of the product may vary. Connect9 will try to be accurate, however if you come across any difference in pricing on the Connect9 Website pre and post orders, we request you to contact us within 72 (Seventy Two) hours of placing your order. Connect9 shall then refund the difference amount within 10-15 business days of intimation. The mode of refund will be the same as at the time of placing the order. Cash on Delivery order refunds will be done by Cheque. If Connect9 comes across any such difference in pricing, it has all the rights to rectify the same or cancel the order.

7 Day No Quibble Return Policy

 Connect9 offers  a No Question asked “7 day Return Policy”. If within 7 days of purchase, you change your mind and return the product, in merchandisable condition and in the original wrapping, we will return your money, in the same manner in which the original payment was made. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s).The payment would be released in the form we have received the from you.

 For seeking a replacement of a product, you must inform Connect9 within seven days of receiving a non-perishable product and within 24 hours of receiving a perishable product.

 We urge you not to accept delivery of any shipments where outer packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner. For any reason, after taking the delivery, if you realize and recognize that the product is damaged in any manner, you need to report this to our customer service within 24 hrs of receipt of the shipment. Connect9.in will bear the cost of returns or replacements, if the damage is found to be due to mishandling in transit.

 In case the product is not available, Connect9.in will refund full payment to the customer.

There may be situations where you have ordered several products, and one or more of those products are not in stock. In such cases, you will be refunded the cost of products not available.

 Cancellation of order

 Connect9 reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where Connect9 is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Connect9 policy or for any other reason. However, Connect9 will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.
